Hi. loaded Outlook 2016 on laptop and added above account. how do i get that all my emails on the server downloads to my laptop in outlook?

The emails should automatically download when the setup is completed with the correct settings. Only mail found in the webmail inbox (mail.[yourdomain].co.za) will be downloaded to the new setup.
