I have linked another email address to my outlook inbox folder and now it's flooded - how to I delete old emails which are still on the server (swakop@cowboys.com.na)? Can I also direct emails directly into junk folder without flooding my inbox?

To remove emails from the server log in to your webmail through a web browser by going to mail.cowboys.com.na. Log in with your email address and password. You can either delete the old emails from there or create an "archive" folder and move them out of your inbox. To up your spam score and lessen the amount of spam going to your inbox, change this in the webmail as well. Go to settings > spam > general settings > score threshold. You can also add a rule for certain email addresses or domains to reject any mail received from them. Under the general settings, go to "address rules"
